Grievance Policy

At the Waldrip Center for Therapeutic Massage, it is our goal to provide you with the best education possible. In the spirit of openness and cooperation, a student with a grievance against another person (staff member or fellow student) is asked, whenever possible and safe, to go first to that person directly, state the problem and their feelings about it, and attempt to work through the issue. Our administration maintains an open – door policy and is available to students to aid in this process. A roundtable discussion with students and our administration will be held at least once a month. Students have the opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions, and discuss any educational concerns. WCTM will make every effort to see that all issues be resolved. We promise to address all issues within a two-week period. Educational issues that cannot be resolved, either through person to person discussion or the roundtable discussion, may then be submitted, in writing, to:
